Our Standards

We hire only certified professionals to teach our programs. This means that the teachers at Willis College of Business Health and Technology hold a B.Ed., or at minimum are TESL certified and hold a B.A. These credentials are required of all teachers at Willis College of Business Health and Technology, and this ensures that our students receive the highest quality education available.

When we recruit our teachers we apply a rigorous testing and interview process to ensure that they all meet our high standards for complete competency. In addition to professional qualifications, Willis College of Business Health and Technology has developed a unique and comprehensive orientation training program to ensure all our proven instructional methods are fully integrated into our classrooms. We offer additional qualification courses and workshops for constant growth. Certificates in Assessment Services, Effective Management, and several other areas are awarded to teachers who successfully complete our continuous improvement courses.

Planning for Success

Our programs prepare students for entrance into college, private institutions or for an employment setting.

We create timely and cost-effective learning plans. We provide Ministry of Education approved curriculum. The student’s progress is monitored carefully with successive testing and evaluation.

The Connection to Work

Our curriculum includes practical work related exercises. The student will use work materials such as forms and memos (specifically related to their job goal), to prepare for transition towards employment. Homework assignments, testing and monthly reports ensure timely progress.
